End of Year Payment Options
Updated Payment Information – Important Dates
Starting April 15, 2026, payments will move to pre-orders and added funds only.
Please note that no credit extensions will be given after this date.
What Happens to My Unused Funds?
- 8th graders: Please use any remaining balance before the school year ends. Refunds will not be offered, but unused funds may be transferred to younger siblings.
- 6th and 7th graders: Any remaining balance will carry over to next year automatically.

What are the different ways to place orders?
- Pre-Order: Place your order by midnight the night before to get the best value, includes a balanced combo with an entrée, healthy side, and a drink—perfect for a worry-free meal.
- Walk-Up: Prefer to decide day-of? Choose from our daily walk-up items! Options change each day and are available while supplies last.
What are the different ways to pay my student's account?
Pre-Pay
Pay ahead for up to a month of meals, so your child is always covered and you don’t have to worry about remembering later!
Student Account
Add funds to your child’s account anytime. You’ll get a heads-up when the balance is low, so they’re never without lunch.
End Of Month
Kids add what they like throughout the month and items are added to their virtual cart. Accounts that are left unpaid for more than 30 days will be placed on hold until payment is made.
Emergency Meals
Emergency Meals
If your child arrives without an active account, don’t worry—we’ll provide a “brown bag” emergency meal to make sure they’re fed. You’ll receive an email letting you know, so you can update the account and stay informed.
Why am I being charged a $10 Registration Fee?
The annual registration fee is a standard charge that applies to all families at the start of each school year.
This fee helps cover administrative costs, software licensing, and other operational expenses necessary to keep our programs running smoothly for all participants.
